Bottom tier. Slight step up from zbt but barely. They're weird and nerdy so no one really goes to their parties, but the brothers seem to get along well.

They bring nothing to the table: ultimately nice but extremely forgetable. They don't have a house, and even when they did it was small and always smelled like garbage. Bascially a frat for guys who don't wanna be in zbt or theta chi but can't get a bid from anywhere else. Bottom tier.

They used to have good looking guys and compete with 123 socially. They have just really dropped off the social radar for girls in the past two years.

Always a top tier. They have their faults. Parties take way to long to get into. But it doesn't matter. From a girls view some of the best And most fun around.

moving houses slowed them down for a bit but that doesnt matter anymore. theyre still a top 3 house with some of the best and most social brothers. and they always mix w aphi (were the best sorority on campus).

Solid middle tier. They throw parties every now and then but they're crowded and hard to get into with the new house. Sociable and friendly.
