Pretty sure all the people rating this house are the ones who couldn't cut it and become part of Alpha Phi's sisterhood. This is the top house by far, and everyone else is just jealous that these girls have everything they don't.

Once upon a time, Sig Nu, Zeta, 123, and AEPi dominated the frat rankings. AEPi moved down to the middle when they lost their house, and Sig Nu's just been turning into a huge stoner fraternity. Now they've lost their house? Come on guys. Still a good group of guys, really chill with some international kids, but these guys don't really have a future. No more house means they lose pretty much the only draw to being in the fraternity. The new sorority will also take the next available house.

Let's be real: This is not a real fraternity. Once upon a time they ranked alongside Theta Chi and ZBT, but have slid down that totem pole real fast. These rankings are arbitrary, but it's telling when their senior pledge class shafts the rest of the frat into losing the house, and when their junior pledge class regrets joining. They have essentially no impact whatsoever on campus, but they're getting a pretty solid house next year which should help them out.

used to be one of the best frats when they lived in 98, but still a tight brotherhood. lots of New York kids keep them from being huge townies like Zeta Psi or DU, but they're still below 123.

Simply the best on campus, the guys are really hot. Some people think negatively of them because of they are exclusive, but thats the way it should be. I know guys in the house so i get in its as easy as that. If you cant get into the parties there is probably a reason
