Definitely the most fun house on campus this spring. They had parties almost every weekend and they were all packed. The guys are a lot of fun to hang out with and are some of the few on campus who aren't awkward with girls... By far the best frat this year. Each of our mixers with them was super fun

With their new house, they've risen this year to one of the top frats. Super nice guys who throw great parties and have a great spring pledge class. And the huge backyard makes easily the best place to daydrink for Homecoming, Spring Fling, ect.

90% of them are really really weird/unattractive, the rest are okay. They are all different so they don't really get along or have that bond that the other sororities already have. boring at parties

So many of my bros have massive crushes on many of these chicks..they not only know how to party but they are smart and funny too. basically a better version of aphi

hot, but mean and really self-centered. also most of them are REALLY dumb. chi o girls are equally hot but actually fun to hang out with because they talk about things other than how great they are...

New on campus, we mixed with them once and had a really good time and are looking forward to mixing with them again in the near future ;) . It was def more fun to mix with Theta than any Chi O mixer i've ever been to (Chi-O has some amzing girls but their mixers have all blown)... on balance they are not as attractive as Aphi but that is not to say there aren't some really beautiful girls in theta. They also make up for it but not being stuck up or snobby
