Putting them in top tier because they are so fun! Very involved and friendly, I haven't met a DPhiE I didn't like. Although I hear their sisterhood could use some work, they seem pretty close for still being so new.

Guys like them because they're hot but other than that, there really isn't much to them. They're not involved on campus as much as other organizations and they don't have a good sisterhood.
