2017-2018 end of the year fraternity rankings

Rankings of fraternities and general description:

Top Tier (No particular order):

Psi U - typical frat stereotypes, a lot of athletes especially baseball, lax, and hockey, drinking problems, chicks love to hang out there, good looking guys, fun darties, d-bags work the door so tough for freshman guys to get in

AD - group of guys who love to party, EDM for days, weird top shelf vibes on Thursdays, some chill guys and some hardos, place to be tuesday and thursday nights, bring some chicks and you'll probably get in

The Hall - rich kids, some cool some weird, the late night move and usually opens around 2:30, sick house, pretty much everyone shows up there at 2:30 only to stand out in the cold begging pledges to let them in at the gate


Upper Middle Tier:

Crow - popularity back up on the rise with their new house, hardo alpha males, football guys

Kappa Sig - only know that its on the rise with new house, does not compete with Psi U and AD though

Lower Middle Tier:

AEPi - cool nice guys, smaller in terms of numbers, has its own niche, does not draw the biggest crowds

Pike - want to be frat bros, do not compete with AD or Psi U, some really nice guys, will let anyone in

Bottom Tier:

Cleo - hipsters

Lambda - new hispanic fraternity
