I'm a huge squid but the kids who live second floor in the green/white room are as chill as it gets. Just to reiterate I love to do my own things and I've never had a problem getting hot Psi U senior guys to fill my hole. Second floor kids kill it, third floor kids are lazy and eat too much Taco Bell.

I give them credit for existing. I'd rather they be here than not. Most have an inflated opinion of themselves. Most are not from $ but theyd have you believe otherwise.

it was formed by quality men that did not like the existing fraternities and could not get in them. the house was taken over from sigma, and is pretty solid. not being on vernon means that feel less heat from the campus safety which is an advantage. not a terrible place, just really not impressive either. too many members, and some of them hate each other. some are poor pretending to be otherwise.

Will work extra hard to give the illusion that their late nights are fun to attend. Many disappointed brothers who pay all that money for basically nothing. All air heads. Used to be the jock frat, now its just the rich substance-fiending frat. Used to have so many hidden talents in their brotherhood, and so many connected boys. Seems to have fallen off. They kept it legit by making not bending to the admin trying to shut them down.

This fraternity is a big deal now that they're on Allen St. They're the only fraternity that does anything for the student body other than host parties, their brothers are all involved in campus leadership positions and they partner with many campus groups to put on events that are positive for the student body. They definitely had several pledges this year that would've had no problem getting bids at some of the other frats, so they're really stepping up the reputation

Some nice older bros, but their most recent classes have been awful. You know a fraternity is slipping when they start taking freshman... Real shame.

Used to be cool when you're a freshman but once you get older, you realize all the bros didn't have friends in high school. Used to have big lines, but people are realizing that they're all losers who have nothing better to do then yell at people. Total losers, no brotherhood. Weak pledge class, although the last one was fine.
