mid semester rush

What is mid semester rush and how does it work? I did not get a bid from the fraternity I wanted so I wanted to explore other optiona but I wanted to soon. So if anybody can help

Don't do mid semester rush. It ruins your experience since you're just dropped in mid semester into something you don't know much about. Wait till spring and either re-rush the frat, or rush a new one. Its a much better time to do it all with your pledge class
