informal rush as a junior?

So I just transferred this past spring 2015 semester and didn't realize I could have rushed. I thought you had to be here for a semester first because that's what I was told. So I was curious if it's normal for juniors to even rush? I figured informal would be better since I'm older, but I'm not sure if I'd even get a bid! Does anyone know the likelihood of getting a bid as a junior?

Don't worry about how old you are. If the brothers like you enough to make you a brother, that is really all that matters. I encourage you to look at the different fraternities on campus and feel out which is the best fit for you.
