How often do girls not get any bids during formal rush?

Panhel sets up formal rush and quota (how many girls each sorority can take) based on how many girls rush because everyone is guaranteed a bid! Some girls drop on their own throughout the process if they don't get asked back to the ones they may have really wanted but its very unlikely, if not impossible that they wouldn't get a bid at all
