Honestly, there's almost 600 girls rushing this semester so it's pretty likely a little less than half won't get a bid. But a little more than half always drop in the middle of rush anyway because they got dropped by the sorority they wanted so by the end, most girls get bids.

do you guys not understand how rush or recruitment works at all? For panhel- all the pnms (potential new members) go through pref night basically this is where each girl picks there 3 preferred sororities.. then the next day each chapter gives out bids. 100% of the girls rushing will get a bid.. its up to them to accept or not.
for IFC- its not the same rules. only the guys that we give bids to will get bids.. no rule for IFC where all 100% of the PNMS have to get bids..
