Can someone explain to my how these fraternities have parties but no houses, do they have houses off campus?

Usually a couple brothers rent a house or apartment together and throw parties there.

I’d say it varies year by year depending on what fraternities have good pledge classes coming up and what houses they have. I have friends in ΣΑΕ, ΚΣ, and ΖΒΤ, and I know they all throw down. Not gonna name my own fraternity cause I don’t wanna sound biased.

Do any if the fraternities actually have pledges go through pledge-ship and earn their initiation, looking for a real brotherhood, transferring to Towson next year from Salisbury

Don't speak on anything relating to pledging on the internet. It can screw chapters. And these hands dont haze
