dphie continuing recruitment ?

Can someone explain to me how DPHIE is doing “continued recruitment?” I just saw on their Instagram that they are having an informal event. Didn’t they get like 35 new members ?

I think AGD is doing it as well. Maybe they are allowed to take in extra girls to meet quota? Not sure how it all works

every single sorority is doing continued recruitment. Panhel wanted to make the sorority numbers even so now each sorority has to take more members. Each sorority is taking about 10 new girls

aephi hasn’t gotten any new members yet so how it is okay that everyone else is continuing recruitment when they’ve barely started

Every year sororities do this to even up their numbers. They call it snap bids. And that’s usually on the DL. But this year they got rid of it and opened it to everyone. I do feel like it sabotages AEФ’s chance of getting a good amount of girls. Guess we’ll have to see how they do

Probably not - apparently zeta is panicking bc they haven’t had to do informal recruitment in years. I don’t get why they want to be so exclusive when everyone is literally scrambling to meet the new quota

haven’t seen too much posted about COB from many of the chapters on their socials , are they still doing it informal style or just handing out bids on the down low to girls???

Probs not, they always do that stuff on the DL. Idk how though when they need to take at least 10-15 girls.
