1.) Pike has slightly downgraded in recent semesters in terms of quality of pledges, however, they are still top house. Pike at least deserves to maintain the crown for now
2.) SAE and ZBT are on the rise and have momentum
3.) Theta Chi always gets huge pledge classes and even tho some ppl mock them as a sorority... doesn’t matter cuz they are top tier
4.) Kappa Sig and all the rumors, we will see what happens
5.) Lowkey PSK has one of the best brotherhood in Greek life but due to just being severely inactive on campus, this hurts them
6.) What happen to KDR? Fastest growing frat and just went ghost. Perhaps they will come back strong
7.) Chi Phi + AEPI vs. New frats... As some of the newer frats keep gaining momentum, the frats that would be most affected initially would have to be these 2 frats
8.) Phi psi is just Phi Psi

1. Pike - Declining after recent classes but still top
2. Theta Chi - Basically a sorority and let in too many guys which makes it hard to have a strong brotherhood and need to cut back on bids and take better guys
3. SAE - Great new classes and strongest brotherhood but on sopro
4. Alpha Sig - Strong brotherhood and really good classes recently will be top tier within the year
5. Kappa Sig - Really mean to sororities and commit hate crimes but new class was good
6. PSK - No campus precence but have a good brotherhood wish they were more involved
7. ZBT - Kinda gooby but on the rise
8. KDR - Honestly kinda creepy but decent brotherhood
9. AEPI - These guys are really nice and underrated
