Top:
Rec - Always packed, dages are lit
Turtle - A classic, most people can't get in underage
C+R - Bit of a hot take but they've gotten really popular really fast
Middle:
Torrent: Biggest wild card, but got better since they cut down on the 18+ nights. Top whenever merged with Rec, sometimes even bottom when separate.
Kent: Not many people go but it's a decent spot. Bottles > cans every time.
CVP: Kinda lost its former glory with their recent trouble with the liquor board. #MakeCVPGreatAgain isn't totally panning out
Bottom:
B-Lounge - Once in a blue moon it can be fun but it's either empty or ratchet most of the time.
Most other bars uptown aren't collegey (The Point, Towson Tavern, the Saloon, 7west, etc)

Really? I know older people go there but it was packed with students last weekend
