I was wondering how informal recruitment works, like will the events be posted on whoever is doing informal’s instagram or do I have to seek each one out and ask if they’re hosting events ?? Thanks!

If you don’t see them posting about it, then they want to keep it a secret. You have to know someone in that can tell you when their events are, if they’re even hosting public events.
