advice for alpha phi

Dear Alpha Phi,
As a recruitment counselor this year I had a lot of girls complain that you seemed disingenuous. One girl even told me that during the first round one of your girls told her you guys were really up and coming. Almost every single one of the girls in my group said you were trying so hard to sell yourselves as top tier material. STOP. You girls spend hours on this website self ranking and comparing yourselves to be better than actual top tier sororities. It is literally pathetic. You are making things worse for yourselves. This is why people keep ranking you low, but you make it worse by having a swarming hub of busy bees try to say how you're actually better. Just face it. You girls aren't top tier. Your leadership SUCKS. If you cared more about being genuine sisters than trying to look cool and popular maybe you would have had a better year. So here is what you should take away: 1. Stop with obsessively being on this website. 2. Stop caring about your rank so damn much because you went from middle to lower middle tier because of how you acted during recruitment.
