Will it hurt your chances of joining a sorority if you are a junior/senior doing formal recruitment? Pros & Cons??

For some yes it matters because they want lasting members. That’s the con. The pro is that you get the sorority experience for whoever chooses you. Someone will choose you so don’t let being an upperclassman keep you from recruitment. Good luck :)

Don't let it bother you. I know of at least two girls who were juniors going into recruitment and one ended up in Phi Mu and one ended up in KD if you are interested and show you want to be a part of it you are fine.
