So I'm a senior but graduating Fall 2018 (a semester late). Is it going to hurt if I rush as a senior and is it frowned upon? I've always wanted to do it but life kept getting in the way so I could never do it. Now or never, right?

Nah it's fine. I think some sororities right now are still recruiting for the fall. I think Alpha Epsilon Phi is.
