Be yourself! Every chapter you meet will want to meet the most authentic you, and they will definitely be able to tell if you're putting on an act. This is also important because you want to end up in a chapter that has girls in it that are like you and loves you for you,not who you pretend to be. Keeping an open mind is most important. Its a very personal process. You can never know what chapter you'll like the best from IG, but only after you really meet people in the chapter itself.

You really have to go into this process open minded. You should not go into recruitment wanting a specific chapter. During open house, go into every party with a positive attitude and try and get to know all the girls. You never know when an organization you may not have wanted could turn out to be your favorite.

Also, the tier system is stupid, don't even pay attention to it. It's a waste of time.

i know everyone is saying it, but honestly be yourself! if you pretend to be someone different, youll end up in a chapter that isnt meant for you. cliches aside, follow you're heart. you're going to meet so many great girls and all chapters on campus are amazing in their own way, you just have to know whats best for you!!

for me, i focused on where i felt like i was actually acting like myself and i wasnt trying to be who i thought they wanted. your recruitment councilors are there to help you also!!

you're gonna do amazing,
best of luck!!
