I use to say this before I disaffiliated. It sounds like you’re in the chapter. Even if you’re a junior or senior and are afraid of dropping, I encourage you to do so. It was the best choice I made for my happiness. Dphie was a toxic environment. Leave and don’t look back.

Definitely agree that leadership is a mess that doesn’t reflect what the chapter wants anymore but I think dphie gets better and more genuine with every pledge class. Hopefully getting leadership that wants what the rest of the chapter wants will turn dphie around bc there are some really chill girls
