Delta Phi Epsilon - ΔΦΕ Sorority at Towson University - TU 5.0 A lot of the bad ranks on here say "recruitment leftovers" but only a handful of the girls went through regular recruitment. They are filled with a lot of leaders and genuinely sweet girls. Also they're sisterhood is incredible and include everyone in everything. Of course some girls are going to gravitate more to certain girls, but at the end of the day they include everyone in everything!
