Delta Phi Epsilon - ΔΦΕ Sorority at Towson University - TU 4.8 There is a definite split in them one half are so fun and so pretty and so cool but the other half are weird.. my frat just started hanging with them more and we've met some really cool girls and other frats will mix with them soon when they realize the cool hot ones are the ones who come to pregames not the weird ones also some of the new members are HOT for sure becoming better and if they are more selective in the future will be near the top soon

Delta Phi Epsilon - ΔΦΕ Sorority at Towson University - TU 4.2 They have potential if they worked on being more selective and being more social than this sorority has serious potential. Half of the girls are hot and half of them are not. People say they're recruitment leftovers but I think in a few years that will change.

it takes YEARS for a new chapter to have the ability to be selective, it can't just happen the first year. Panhel gives everyone certain numbers of how many PNMs they can drop and chapters have to abide by that in order to hopefully reach quota on bid day. In the future they will be able to be more selective, but not right now.
