Alpha Phi - ΑΦ Sorority at Towson University - TU 1.0 As a current member who might leave , the recruitment process has brought up a lot of feelings about the chapter and after being asked many times why I went Alpha Phi, I honestly don't know anymore. Every time I hang out with sisters I feel like someone brings up other chapters just to bash them or even talks badly about other sisters. I am so tired of it! Seeing how some sisters are during rounds then dropping the smiles after the PNMs leave has me questioning my own recruitment process. Stoped feeling like a sisterhood after I was part of the chapter for a while, not sure while I am still here

Alpha Phi - ΑΦ Sorority at Towson University - TU 1.2 had a bad experience at their open house round. practically had to push to let the sisters know anything about myself and the sisters kept looking around and toward the door in the middle of the conversation like they were looking for a sister to get them out of the conversation or fro the round to be over. came across very rude. so disappointed in the experience

I’m also a PNM. If you didn’t have a good conversation, that means you don’t fit in with those people, which is totally okay. That’s what the rushing process is for, to find out where you fit in. You can’t hold that against them because the whole point of rushing and open house is to discover who you can relate to and who you naturally can connect with. Don’t hold that against them.

Alpha Phi - ΑΦ Sorority at Towson University - TU 2.0 I was a part of this sorority and dropped out. They made it seem like they were so interested when I was rushing and had the president talk to me while I was rushing. I can say that Alpha Phi just wants to party and play around with guys especially they like to drink and pregame with Kappa Sigma. Even if you think you’re cool with one of your “sisters” as soon as you walk away they talk down about you and even when I was in a relationship they constant tried to encouraged me to cheat. If you’re looking to turn into a party animal, drink with guys and have your grades drop then join alpha Phi. Oh yeah and if you’re in a relationship don’t join..... they want you to cheat.

I was a part of this sorority and dropped out. They made it seem like they were so interested when I was rushing and had the president talk to me while I was rushing.
