Our sorority is smaller, so that's just how we had to do things on the first day. As recruitment progresses, the groups will get smaller and we will get a better chance to get to know the girls we're serious about recruiting. Hope that helps (:

I met these girls this weekend at formal recruitment. They are super sweet and down to Earth. I can tell they are trying really hard to become a more popular organization and they should be. There wasn't one girl I spoke to that didn't have kind things to say about each other and I actually believed them. Looking forward to next weekend, but AEPhi is definitely a sorority to keep my eyes on.

So, people have many opinions on here which is expected for college students who just want to cause drama. People get pleasure out of putting others down. So, I'm going to tell you how it is. I know this sorority well, but knew the girls who graduated in 2013 and earlier the most. I'll admit that it was a very slow road to getting chartered; I'll admit that past and present members may struggle with being cliquey; but they are kind and inclusive. What matters more?

Definitely not a dying sorority...they're changing their presence on campus, their social media, and their reputation. The new girls are less weird and everyone is trying harder now. The new eboard must be cracking down or something. Looking forward to see how they do in recruitment

Very poor sisterhood. It's just a bunch of cliques that talk behind each other's back. If you're not in that clique you're an outcast in the group. Not very active on campus.

The girls of aephi seriously have an amazing sisterhood! They are above all my favorite sorority and definitely deserved getting their charter. Some of these reviews are crap because I haven't met one sister who wasn't nice to me. Also, they party like champs!

I heard the nasty rumors before going into recruitment but I have nothing but good things to say about these girls this weekend. Out of all the sororities they seem to really love each other the most and they're not fake at all. Hope I get asked back!
