Middle tier. They have a really tight brotherhood. I always see multiple brothers in letters on campus. They don't usually win on-campus events, but try their best. Not the best looking, but do have some attractive guys. Majority of them are nice guys. Growing steadily on campus. One of the smallest chapters but is on the rise for sure. Used to throw the wildest parties and are still ok now (when they actually happen, that is). Partying has been lacking in the last year or two. Good chapter.

These guys are all about brotherhood. They don't have the smartest or nicest guys, but they love each other. They like to talk up their parties but they are overrated. Lots of girls know them, but few speak kindly about them. Do their share of socials and that sort of thing. Not a dominant force on campus. "D Swag" is a solid middle tier house.

Without a doubt the largest and most dominant chapter on campus. They have far more brothers than any other chapter, but may be too big for their own good. Some point to their willingness to take anyone as a source of their extreme growth. They are very cliquey internally, but can put on a good face in public. Do many socials and have many parties. At every event on campus. Many of their brothers are seen as try hard douchebags. Universally hated by every frat on campus, adored by the sororities

Really great leadership up top, but they have a nasty habit of recruiting TFM try-hards. The younger douchebags really ruin their image, which is a shame because they have some awesome older guys.
