They are a top tier chapter due to their involvement, awards, and events the constituently win on campus. They always have the largest amount of rushes come out for rush week. They have great relationships with the sororities and a strong social life.

They are brand new and in the process of building, but so far the guys are very nice and respectful. They are intelligent gentlemen. Honestly, I wish more frats consisted of guys like them. I don't know why people are leaving such negative reviews, your judgmental attitude says way more about you than Chi Phi.
