Top tier because they're hot and socially relevant. Have heard from sisters within the chapter that it's not enjoyable because if you're not a part of the main clique you're barely a part of it at all. They're also very fake nice and try to act like they are genuinely interested during recruitment but you can tell they don't care at all.

They're all so different it confuses me. Choose girls solely to make their chapter more diverse. Try hards who usually end up winning at something. Also seem super into the fact that they're "top tier".
