way better then pike? theta chi is bottom tier. worse then alpha sig. they initiate after a night....oh maybe they changed that last semester but every guy on campus that is a junior and up knows theta chi is the softest group of kids on campus

Overrated and attempting to live off the fraternity they once were. Many brothers have disaffiliated and their social presence within Greek Life has really fallen. Pledge classes have gone down in quality and their brotherhood awful
