Disclaimer: I am speaking as someone who attended open houses and the EXPO. So I will comment on a few pages here. I am not in a sorority currently and my opinions are biased based on my personality. Again I want to always be open minded, but I felt like these girls were (I really hate to say it, but weird). I will say they are SUPER nice and tried very hard to engage in convo, but I think why I found them weird was that they were trying very hard to impress me instead of being natural. I guarantee though a lot of girls will find them down to earth and appreciate them though.

Again I wanted to like them. I try to be super open minded about everyone. These girls could not hold a convo for their lives. Even their new president who I assumed represented them the best seemed super judgmental while I talked to her. I thought I could see myself here, but I do not think so. They were judgey as hell. I heard rumors about the new president (before she was elected), but she just was not nice like I heard. They all have a very I am better than you attitude.

I wanted to like them because I knew they were not as stuck up as the other top tier sororities. I was so disappointed with how hard it was to have a conversation with these girls. I am only writing this in hopes that someone sees this and gives them a confidence boost. They seem great and nice, but just sooooo awkward.

I went into it thinking I would not fit in or find commonalities with girls in PhiMu. I assumed they were all blonde airheads. I was sooooooo pleasantly surprised by this!! The conversation was natural and easy. I loved how my bubbliness matched the girls I was talking to. If I got a bid from them during recruitment I would be so happy or AXID. They were also the classiest group I have met.

I got along with these girls sooo well! I thought they were so genuine and kind. I honestly cannot wait to go through recruitment and hopefully either join them of phimu. They made me feel so comfortable and they are very down to earth.

I wanted to LOVE zeta. I really did. I felt like even though they were really nice to me and I actually had a good conversation with them where we had genuine common interests that they were not genuine girls. Every compliment felt surface level. Very Regina George commenting on how cute you look, but not knowing if they mean it. I still like them, but I cannot see myself holding them as a top preference. Girls who will also be going through recruitment, I know the allure of being in Zeta, but think to yourself do these girls seem genuine or am I just caring about being top tier. I would rank them as my third fav sorority.
