I know y'all are new, but this is your chance to establish your identity. Your sorority is so diverse (not a bad thing) that it makes it hard to really have an overall brand. I think it is the fault of your social media chair and your executive team. I think half of you are gorgeous and want to be a cute, girly, and pretty sorority. I think the other half of you are awkward, weird, quirky and you kind of see that as what you want. I think you should try to recruit girls that are one or the other. Plus all of these things make you super cliquey. Focus on being the best versions of yourself.

Can we talk about this self rank below? Like basically only insulting things that could still make them look cool, but it’s still boasting about them. It’s like saying your weaknesses in an interview that you also think are low key your stenghs. SELF RANK QUEENS

These girls are nice for the most part, definitely wear a lot of Lilly Pulitzer and care about their appearences. They seem to be the "it girls" from the outside but once you're in, it is drama and the sisterhood can definitely improve.
