The pledge class they had was a good one and now they are on the come up. Maybe one more good pledge class and they can be considered top tiers. Def have some of the nicest girls on campus and are really fun to go out with

There’s no denying PIKE is currently top tier, but they are declining and each pledge class is getting worse and worse. Overall the guys are douchebags and won’t be top tier in a few years
