fall vs. spring recruitment

What is the difference between fall and spring recruitment? I dropped out today, and I'm trying again next year. I hear from my Rhos that fall is informal and not all sororities utilize the fall recruitment. Spring recruitment is exactly what has happened these last couple weeks. Is that accurate?

That's basically accurate, not all orgs are elleigible to take a fall class and often the ones who do take a class can only take a handful
