Cob and Snap bids

Snap bids happen on bid day. If a sorority doesn't meet quota, they can extend a snap bid to a girl who either was dropped from every house previously or who withdrew before pref. (Note if you don't maximise your options after pref, you're not eligible for a snap bid)
COB happens in the weeks after bid day if a sorority doesn't meet quota or is just a smaller sorority in general. They reach out to girls who withdrew from recruitment and also girls who didn't go through formal recruitment.
If you have two options after pref, I wouldn't worry about any of this though. "Quota additions" exist so you're on both sororities bid list and they can give you a bid if both sororities fill up.

It's not impossible, but extremely rare as the sororities that drop huge amounts of girls during round robin will most likely fill up and won't have any open slots for snap bids/COB.
