difference between theta and sk

what’s the difference between theta and sk? in some ranks i see sk above theta, some where they are on the same level, and some where it’s the other way around? im confused lol no hate just curious

sk tends to get good pledge classes because looking at them from the outside, they do seem like solid middle tier. but once youre in it its essentially a club. theres no strong bond and they don’t go out much
