They are pretty even party wise. GO with who you fit in with more.

A lot of girls love PhiAD theyre really great guys but i will say Delt's new house makes their parties really good and they have a lot of cute and nice guys. Both great frats but i guess the difference is that PhiAD already has a great rep, and delt is working their way up to a high tier. They will move up quickly as long as they keep good pledge classes.

Just something to think about. I have a bunch of friends in each org but over the last two semesters guys who have got bids to both have tended to join Delt.
