what should we expect during formal recruitment?

Hey! As rounds are quickly approaching, there are many questions and thoughts running through my mind regarding formal recruitment? As I have conducted research on what to expect and how to go into this process with an eased mind, I still am quite nervous that I won't be selected for a sorority. Any advice?!

don't stress, just have fun! honestly the girls are just as nervous as you and have put so much work and effort into trying to impress you. don't over think everything.
