Imagine if Susan G. Komen didn't give them all those materials for their philanthropy. It must be pretty easy when another organization helps you with philanthropy planning!

ZTA designs shirts to sell and creates their own materials. If you are going to put them down, the hard work they put towards their philanthropy is the wrong aspect to pick on. By far, no one on campus does more for their philanthropy than ZTA

If ZTA has a decent pledge class that knows how to party like they have in the past, they will be a reigning top sorority at TCNJ. Known for their blonde haired attractive girls, the amount of diversity I've seen proves so many of ZTA's stereotypes wrong. Love this sorority!

ZTA tends to just choose girls who have high social connections (are in their friends' group), and sometimes that correlates with good looks, but not always. Advice? give every girl a shot this rush, not just the ones you know. it'll be a great way to have some great girls join your organization who you would have normally not met otherwise

Zta only remains one of highest ranked sororities because of two things 1. Tradition 2. How much they do for their philanthropy. As for appearance, every year they get uglier and uglier with only a couple of girls who fit the hot appearance stereotype. Hot girls don't accept bids from them as much as they used to because of how catty their rep has been in the past. Zta doesn't care their newer pledge classes are mostly uglier because tradition will keep them high in ranking
