For girls going into recruitment next year... don't listen to stereotypes! Theta Phi is a really tight-knit sisterhood with an important philanthropy. rankings are stupid, because theta is definitely not a bottom-tier org. these girls love to party, but are still the kinds of girls you'd want to bring home to meet your parents. sweetest girls on campus. inclusive, fun, and supportive.

Just because they're not the "stereotypical sorority girls" doesn't mean they're not cool. The girls are actually cute and know how to party. they're starting to mix with other frats too

Most ppl say “Idk anything about theta, I forgot they existed”. They’re genuine ppl that aren’t trying to hold the spotlight or fake themselves. So don’t expect them to be fighting for a rank or attention. Plus I heard they mix with AEP, pretty chill and nice frat. Most girls I know just did it for an experience, low dues, and a good time.

Theta phi not only has a sisterhood where everyone knows each other but they pride themselves on the fact that you don’t have to look a certain way or act anything other than yourself to be accepted. Fraternities of all ranks mix with them and the girls in this organization want to build better Greek Relations with all organizations. If more people would understand that stigmas and stereotypes can fade and don’t matter theta phi would not be considered a “bottom tier” organization
