Their leadership is WACK. Super whitewashed and not open to any kind of change in how things are run within their org. Girls are dropping their letters left and right, it's no coincidence. They have an OK rep and are known for being "nice" girls but don't be fooled--it's literally alllllll an act, seriously.

girls join for the national reputation and clout of zta, but once they're in they realize how awful it is, no sisterhood, hiding girls during rounds bc they dont match the "zta look". super cliquey, if you're not in the "popular group" they treat you like you're not a part of the org. if thats what you want in a "sisterhood". ..no judgement, just know what you're getting into

Everyone thinks ZTA is allll that but take a look into their sisterhood and you’ll see that’s incorrect. ZTA recruits friend groups and they don’t branch out and socialize with each other. They literally hide people during rounds. They are some of the rudest girls who think they are better than everyone else. Sorry but you can’t buy peoples opinions of you and someone had to say the truth.

I don’t know why people try and bash them so much so i’m coming here to be honest. I have many friends in this org and they are so sweet and kind and you can see that they all genuinely care about each other! They are some of the funniest and sweetest girls you can meet!

DZ thinks they are so much better than they really are. In reality they have to take fall pc’s because they can never get the numbers! News flash, DZ has gone down in rankings and maybe if they fixed their attitudes people would like them more.

Ever since they got the big house their egos have gotten absolutely out of control. No one cares. Girls go there because it's across the street from Pets--easy access. Tell your new guys to calm down LOL
