Honestly, a lot of girls that tried this didn't like how crazy selective the whole formal recruitment process is. In just about every other sorority on this campus, you have to have strong connections to someone in an organization in order to even be considered. I know a lot of girls who tried for this, and I can say a lot of them are real and down to earth girls who wanted to start with a fresh organization!

From what I've seen on campus the firms are definitely hot. Hotter than phi sig, tri sig sk and even theta possibly dphie. Huge mix of girls from sports teams to randoms. They have a strong philanthropy so that should be an interesting make up of them. Some really smart chicks too. I wouldn't be surprised if they find themselves in the middle/top tier after they colonize

I don't understand why there are so many negative comments when literally, they just established this chapter YESTERDAY. Let's face it, a lot of people signed up to rush A Xi D thinking that since they were new, everyone would get a bid. Then once people actually started getting cut, the claws come out on greekrank. A Xi D's recruitment was just as real as formal recruitment in terms of selection even though the process was different.

uhhhh guys? these girls have not even been a sorority for 24 hours lol. No one knows what they look like, how fun they are, anything...so give them a shot! They have a great philanthropy and could do a lot of nice things for campus.

Looks like a solid group of girls. Don't know where all the negativity is coming from. They have a ways to go, but you have to at least give them a chance to show you what they'll do before you make judgements

Over 180 girls went out for colonization, and 110 were selected for membership. The posts below were probably from the 70 or so girls who got cut. Some of these girls did not feel they were fit for the other orgs, formal recruitment or whatever, but they went for it and got it. Panhell and other sororities are excited for this org as an addition. In terms of looks, there's all of one picture of them. In terms of sisterhood, they've just met. Their foundation is more solid than the other posts.

These girls continue to grow. Chapter of the year, largest pledge class on campus, etc. They're name is much more visible on campus now. Would safely call them middle tier. when they go out, they go hard and are fun to be with. each girl is unique and brings something different- no cookie cutter girls there. let's see what happens this year with them

This is an organization full of women who either got cut by all 8 sororities, couldn't take the heat of formal recruitment, or think they were too good for a particular organization They are average girls looking girls at best, who have a multitude of potentially conflicting personalities. Many of these girls are notorious for causing drama. They can celebrate their bids today- but they have a lot of work to do before they can call themselves a true sorority on campus.

Sigma pi blows every other fraternity at tcnj out of the water. They have luau, fall fest and are typically favored by the best sororities. Their brotherhood is also unmatched.
