Although individually I know some nice guys collectively difficult to talk to and not very welcoming. Friendly if you already know them but otherwise look at you as piece of meat they might get to bring home. Don't know if they're that way with everyone but that's what I hear from most girls. Hope they can change for the better.

These girls know how to have a good time, even if they don't hook up they still are social and some can really rage. They are also capable of having real conversations, unlike some sorority girls I know.

DTD will probably delete this comment but- they have a LONG road ahead of them before they are taken seriously during Rush season and on this campus as a whole. They are made up of guys that were in psi chi and guys that didn't get bids anywhere else. They ARE involved, which is good for them- but doesn't help much when the social aspect just isn't there. Awkward and have a ways to go. They also clearly have self ranked themselves for almost every ranking

Ok so I went through formal recruitment (most recent-2015) and, while I didn't end up joining Phi Sig, I didn't rule them out until prefs when I realized my other pref was exactly what I wanted. I know a lot of girls who, before the first round knew they were going to drop phi sig in their rankings. That's why this website is so harmful, it takes away susceptible girls' ability to keep an open mind. Were they awkward? Yeah, I'd say so. Kind and friendly? Absolutely. FORM YOUR OWN OPINIONS.

They can do a lot more to be involved on campus. They seriously lack in that department. They are nice fun girls that know how to party. They need to try more during recruitment and on campus and they'd have a more positive image.
