Its funny ZTA reports anything slightly negative said about them. They are more obsessed with staying on top than anything else. Unfortunately, anyone who goes to TCNJ has seen the shift that has been occurring in ZTA these past couple of years. Point blank: they lose more and more hot girls each year to more and more other organizations. Why? I personally know a few girls who cut them or chose another org over them and it's always the same answer---theyre the most cliquey sorority on campus

The fact that they can't even find someone that will do greek week with them is pathetic and shows their true ranking. As if that wasn't bad enough, the 39 pledges + 3 sigmas= 1 sisterhood vandalism is amazing to look at all over campus. It especially looks great for prospective TCNJ students. I think there is no hope for them to ever rise from bottom tier. They are going downhill fast and I feel sorry for all the girls that joined ΣΣΣ opposed to ΑΞΔ. I would be ashamed to wear their letters.

you guys need to stop self ranking, this is ridiculous and you guys know you are no where near a top tier fraternity at this school. The fact that this website says you're the #1 fraternity at TCNJ when you are #5 at best is clearly a product of your constant self ranks on this site. For a girl just checking this site for the first time ever, this is pathetically obvious to me that you guys are all over this site in every way.

People hate on phi sig because they take girls who dont fit this schools standards of beauty and they dont look like clones of each other. But since when is individuality a bad thing? They actually pride themselves on diversity and dont see it as a negative thing like everyone else apparently does. Get to actually know the girls before you judge them just for being different.

These girls don't care about what others think- they focus on who they are as people. While they may not be the easiest girls , they are a good time and make effort to maintain social and individual relations. They keep showing up to events (social and on campus events) in large numbers, and become involved in as much as possible. They got 39 pledges- says something about their ability to recruit. The issues that many know about are because of poor executive management and leadership.
