real top frats

As a junior girl I would argue most of these rankings on here are false, at least for the frats.
There are fraternities being ranked way too high and some being ranked too low. You can ask any girl my age and almost all of them would say top 5 fraternities would be:
Delt number 1 for sure
Ato number 2 for sure
(That will probably never change)
Ka/kappa sig for 3rd or 4th
Guys are going to get on here saying KA isn't good, but most girls still think they are and hang around them, so until they completely fall off the radar they are going to be considered top.
Pike would be 5th before phi psi
Maybe it's different for freshmen, I don't really know but ask any junior or senior and they will probably agree with this.

Just like times change in real life, times change in Greek life. 3 years and sorority x will be better than sorority Y, so on and so forth. It doesn't matter who was top when you were first starting out, things change all the time. Everyone is so complacent and in denial that maybe a chapter like phi psi or kappa sig could be doing better, give other chapters a chance to shine. It's ok if you're not a "top tier." It won't matter after you graduate anyways :-)
