I saw the article on TFM about the mentally handicapped girl who was treated with kindness and respect by ATO and Delt at Texas State. Well done guys, and way to represent the Greek system in the great state of Texas. And if anyone knows Flava Fran, I would like to ask her to my chapter's spring formal, haha.

Also, I hope this doesn't sound too rude but what is her mental disability? She seems like a happy, well adjusted student to me but what do I know. I love Flava Fran!
