best housing options?

by: claire

Im transferring to tx state in the fall, I dont have enough cred hours to be considered a sophomore so im going in a freshman. I was wondering what my best options would be for housing? Im middle class and taking out loans so I dont want anything that will kill financially.. But I also want a classy place. Also, in your most honest opinion what are the best middle tier sororitys/frats? Thx!

Just out of curiosity why are you asking about middle tier?

To my knowledge the more toxic cliques reside in the top tiers, trying to stay away from superficial people

Chi-o, adpi, dg, and gphi seem to have the most honest sisterhood, the tiers vary though. And bobcat village is pretty pricey...I would recommend student apartments like bishop square or hillside or something.
