Does rushing a fraternity as a sophomore decrease chances of getting a bid?

From what I experienced, not at all.

na, i have buddies that have ex-military in their chapter that got bids from mid tiers (age 20-25). Top tiers are a little more.. superficial is the word id use. But you want to stay away from those unless youre trying to be a douchebag and party 5days a week.
