With spring recruitment coming up I was wondering what the actual rankings are and a little info on each chapter

There's a billion ranking posts on here, it depends on who you ask. Personally I say
ADPi
DZ
ZTA
Chi O
AXiD
DG
Gamma Phi

But honestly the first 3 are interchangeable. And why don't you google them and you can find out about them, and if you really want to know their reputation, you're not gonna get an honest opinion from anybody on here because we are all biased. Make your own decision.
