junior rushing?

I am in my third year of college but technically have 2 more years to go with my double major in mind. Would I be a good candidate to rush a PHC sorority? Or should I not even bother because I will already be 20 by the time I rush??

I'm a freshman but one of my friends is a junior who went chi-o. So yes so long as you're presentable and nice you'll get a bid somewhere.
