Any word on what the consquences for delt are? I mean running over a girl at a party can't go unnoticed and be swept under the rug.

It won't be idk if even Delt knows what will happen yet. But it won't go unnoticed they'll probably get put on probation this semester. Or won't be allowed to take a PC. Or worst case kicked off campus but I highly doubt that.
