What ifc fraternities should I rush and not worry about not getting a bid because I'm African-Americans.

KA is the most inclusive of people of different backgrounds. Followed by Kappa Sig

The more southern the chapter the less likely you'll get a bid, luckily there's only like 2-3 traditionally southern chapters here.

KA has no African American members, aside from them I think any chapter would be accepting of you if they feel you're a good fit for their chapter!
